To exercise this right, you must notify us within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving your item(s).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To cancel your order, contact our Customer Service team via the methods listed in our <strong>Returns Policy<\/strong>, or complete the cancellation form and send it via email to <strong><a>info@saiguru.co.uk<\/a><\/strong> or by post to:<br><strong>Saiguru Ltd, 297 Lewisham High Street, London, SE13 6LE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order has already been delivered, you must return the product to us <strong>within 14 days of informing us<\/strong> of your decision. Unless otherwise stated (e.g., where free returns were offered), you are responsible for return shipping costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns should be sent using a reliable delivery service to the above address. Please retain proof of postage and the dispatch date. If we do not receive the returned item, or it arrives late, we may not be able to issue a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order hasn\u2019t been shipped yet and you cancel it, we\u2019ll issue your refund promptly, no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> from your cancellation notice. If the item has been dispatched, we will process your refund <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> of receiving the item or proof that it has been returned. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. No processing fees will be deducted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition (e.g., missing tags, damaged packaging, or missing accessories), we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value. In severe cases, where the product is not fit for resale, we may withhold the refund entirely. If a fault develops after this period, we may offer a replacement under warranty. During December, we extend the return window from <strong>1st to 31st December<\/strong> to accommodate holiday purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When contacting us, please describe the issue clearly and include whether you would prefer a refund or replacement. To assist our team, attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we confirm the issue with your product, we will provide a <strong>prepaid return label<\/strong> via email.
